the breakfast buffet was really great, it had so much choice! the staff were all so warm and helpful, a real treat. i also really loved how close it was to the train station, i didn't have to lug my bags far. the room was pretty comfortable too!
the doors were quite thin, i could hear a lot of noise. i also thought the location was a little far from the center, it was about 20 minutes to everything. we loved the hotel. but the view was amazing!

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff!

excellent locationhelpful staffwonderful breakfasttuscany view
I appreciated the excellent location near the train station. It made traveling with luggage so much easier. The breakfast was wonderful (especially the pancakes!). I also found the staff genuinely helpful with luggage storage and taxi arrangements. The room featured classic Roman-style shutters and a beautiful Tuscany view.
The room I had felt a little dated for the price.

Excellent Stay Close to Train Station

convenient locationgreat breakfasthelpful staffthin door
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is only a short walk with escalators available. The breakfast offered a great selection of items. The staff provided many helpful recommendations for local spots.
The room doors are quite thin. I could easily hear hallway noise and conversations. A thicker door would greatly improve sound insulation.
Dining

Breakfast had various options, including hot and cold items. I noticed fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and eggs were available. The breakfast staff were helpful, ensuring all items were stocked and the area remained clean.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel is near the train station, approximately a three minute walk. Escalators provided easy access. A supermarket exists in the mall connected to the train station, which makes shopping convenient for travelers.
Service
10/10
The front desk staff offered assistance with directions and recommendations. They provided information about local restaurants and attractions. I received prompt and courteous responses to any questions.
Rooms

The room included crisp linens and modern decor. Windows overlooked gardens behind houses. I found the room clean. The bathroom was well kept, with fresh towels provided daily.
